Refund policy

Because we sell personal care cleaning products, we are only able to accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email info@getaerve.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus original shipping charges). Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

 


 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@getaerve.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
